This beautiful, perfectly traditional home in the heart of the Tuscan countryside offers the ideal holiday retreat, with an elegant private pool, genuinely unique, stunning interiors and even a private sauna! As you approach this private 700-acre fenced-off estate among the rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves you will find plenty of parking available on your arrival. Entering the main house, you are greeted by the utterly homely, comfortable living room, with sofas, chairs and cosy benches for everyone, with an open fireplace and traditional dresser. Alongside this, the dining room offers a unique experience below the exquisite chandelier and beamed ceiling, providing a feeling of luxury and class for every meal. The traditionally styled kitchen is in fact thoroughly modern in functionality, with a huge oven, two sinks, all the latest mod cons and even a beautiful breakfast table in the centre. On this ground floor, there is one large bedroom with an elegant four-poster bed. The other four bedrooms are on the upper floors, all of which also have double beds, as well as living areas with either a chair, desk or well-stocked bookshelf, while one room also has an extra two single beds. The furniture in each of the rooms is traditional, elegant and complemented by tasteful decor. There is one bathroom alongside each of the bedrooms rooms. All five are spacious and elegant with a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. As well as a fabulous outdoor pool at one end of the lawn, there is also another, smaller plunge pool indoors, providing a perfect place to have a dip, whatever the weather! Alongside the indoor pool is a sauna, allowing you to pamper yourself truly! There is a large covered terrace with a couple of tables, perfect for relaxing on in the warm evenings, whether for an al fresco dinner, a lively conversation or simply to enjoy a glass of the local wine! A barbeque is also available for your exclusive use. A thriving forest lies to one side of the home, while the garden surrounds it on either side, and a winding country lane passes by.
