"Studio layout with a double bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric woodburning stove. Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC. Heating is provided by an electric woodburning stove. A two-ring hob, microwave, and refrigerator are available in the kitchen. For entertainment there is WiFi and a Smart TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. On request, a travel cot and highchair are available. Parking for two cars is available off-road. Lawn, patio, hot tub, fire pit, and furniture in the garden. We welcome two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. 2.1 miles to the nearest shop and pub. Please keep in mind that the garden is not enclosed, so please keep dogs on leashes when they are outside. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot as it is not provided. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
