Sunset Villa Sunset Villa is an amazing pool villa just a few meters by the sea with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an amazing brand new pool with a perfect outside dinning area with BBQ under an outstanding garden pavilion. In just 2.5 km from the center of Fanes Village in a great Geographical Location. In Fanes village there are pharmacies, super markets, gas stations, taverns and everything a memorable vocation, or a family needs. Our two-story Luxury Villa of 210 m2, provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for families, couples or groups of friends. Functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 4 large bedrooms which sleep up to 9 people, 2 bathrooms, a separate big kitchen area and a large living and dining room with a lcd tv. Wifi coverage is excellent in every part of the Villa. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with a brand new 8x4 meters private swimming pool, sunbeds, sun deck, and all outdoor amenities .Next to the pool under a garden pavilion there is a BBQ with a separate traditional oven. All the above in complete privacy and away from prying eyes, since the Villa is both remote and fenced, and the interior is not visible from outside. The location of the villa is ideal for those who seek for tranquility and want to explore the island of Rhodes from side to side. It is placed at the East-North East side of the island, near Fanes village, equally distanced from all the, both famous and must-see, sights as Faliraki, Archaggelos, Kolympia, Rhodes and the old town of Rhodes, less than 15 km from the airport, 27 km from Rhodes Town, 31 km from Faliraki and 53 km away from Lindos. The hire of a car is required for the adventurous and advised for families or couples. The bus station is just 2.5 km away from the property, at Fanes village, and you will be in the city of Rhodes and all the above destinations in approximately 30 minutes. Fanes village is said that it was named after either by the lighthouse that was in the area or the Temple of Apollo in Fana district or even the unsung, a type of grass that grew in the area. Placed, just west of Soroni, with a picturesque harbor and a flat isolated beach with tamarisk trees for some natural shade. The village has 895 permanent residents, of whom the elders are involved in agriculture and animal husbandry while younger in tourist professions.
