The villa is arranged in 3 floors, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with a total surface of 400 m2 and boasts elegance and sophistication. At the semi floor there is the second bedroom which has a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom whic is tastefully decorated in light colors featuring twin beds.On the ground floor there is another fully equipped kitchen and a living room that the guests can use with direct access at the pool area. There are 2 full bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The villa is equally impressive on the outside, surrounded by a garden with a 7x3.5m swimming pool equipped with comfortable sunbeds and bbq facilities. The villa also offers spacious furnished verandas that create ideal spots for relaxing with a book and a drink. The verandas are also ideal for gatherings with friends and family and al fresco dining. The villa is conveniently located on the outskirts of Faliraki area, only a short drive from the center. Less than 15 minutes’ walk from the villa visitors can find plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Faliraki beach is within 1 km of the property and it is fully organized with sunbeds and parasols for hire as well as water sports and activities.
