Details of the Villa

The mansion is arranged in 3 floors with a total surface of 800 m2 and boasts elegance and sophistication. As you enter the interior you can appreciate the contemporary decor with primarily white and neutral tones with ethnic touches that project a welcoming atmosphere. Entering from the main entrance guests are greeted by the lobby equipped with comfortable sets of sofas and armchairs that create a serene place for people to enjoy a friendly conversation and a nice drink. Passed the lobby there is a stylish dining area with beautify crafted gold plated chairs and a glass round table. On the ground floor guest can also enjoy the TV area that features a wide range of entertainment options including home cinema with a 50” smart TV with a large variety of satellite channels, game consoles, DVD player and 3D glasses. Also there is a self-catering guest room with a double bed, a comfortable sofa and its own kitchen and shower room. All spaces on the ground floor open up to spacious furnished verandas ideal for relaxing during the morning or afternoon especially in the summer months. Going up on the second floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a comfortable dining area, a spacious TV lounge, a utility room and a WC. The living room on the second floor opens to a large furnished veranda overlooking the gardens. On the third floor guests can find three comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each with its unique character. The main bedroom is decorated in green colors and floral patterns equipped with a king sized bed, mirror dressing table and its private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is decorated with a tasteful blend of whites and greys and has a comfortable double bed and the third room is tastefully decorated in blue and white colors featuring a double bed. All bedrooms open to their private furnished balconies. The villa is equally impressive on the outside, surrounded by lush gardens with a 10x5m swimming pool equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The pool also has a hydro massage corner ideal for relaxing and cooling down in the hot Greek summer days. The villa also offers spacious furnished verandas that create ideal spots for relaxing with a book and a drink. Equipped with BBQ facilities the verandas are also ideal for gatherings with friends and family and al fresco dining. The villa is conveniently located on the outskirts of Rhodes city only a short drive from the center. Less than 15 minutes’ walk from the mansion visitors can find the archeological remains of the acropolis of Rhodes, where you can travel back in ages and marvel at the relics of history. The Old town of Rhodes, a unique UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is also located 4km from the mansion and is well worth a visit. Also there are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance of the mansion. Ialisos beach is within 1 km of the property and it is fully organized with sunbeds and parasols for hire as well as watersports and activities.
