"18 Chestnut Gardens is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, airfryer, microwave and a fridge with ice box, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is a private side lawn with furniture, on-site swimming pool and on-site activities payable via a wristband, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 1.1 miles a pub and within 0.9 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 18 Chestnut Gardens is a wonderful escape for your next adventure in North Wales. Note: No child facilities. Note: There are steps up to the entrance of the property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
