"Stoneycross Cottage, a cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and seating for eight guests, a sitting room with woodburning stove and smart TV, a snug with electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, two doubles, and twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The annex consists of a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a shower room, a game room with TV and electric fire and a first-floor game room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture, non-enclosed side garden with gravel, off-road parking for 1, and roadside parking for three cars. One small dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
