"The living areas in this shepherdÔÇÖs hut consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchenette equipped microwave, 2-ring gas hob and fridge, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with woodburning stove - starter pack included. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front decking and lawn with wood-fired hot tub - starter pack included, as well as access to surrounding woodland, and off-road parking is available. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One dog welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bracken Fern is a lovely base for an escape to North Yorkshire. Note: The property is on a working farm. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: There is no TV in the property. Please note: This property only accepts a Monday or Friday change over day. Adults only, the property doesn't accept children or babes in arms. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
