"Hawthorn Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio and an electric fire. There is also an on-site, shared laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom houses a king-size bed and is served by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed south-facing courtyard with picnic bench. A shop can be found in 3.8 miles and there is a pub within 1.5 miles, and please note that one pet is welcome however there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to North Yorkshire with a stay at Hawthorn Cottage. Note: Adults only, no children under 12. Note - This property accepts Friday and Monday arrivals only."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
