Appliances consist of an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Cinema TV with DVD player, 4 x TVs and a pool table. Outside there is a front, terraced lawn with furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and a travel cot. Enjoy beautiful North Yorkshire from Neddy House. Note: There are steps to the exterior. On the interior, there are 4 steps between the kitchen and the lounge, not ideal for those with limited mobility. Note: The gardens are not enclosed. "
