"Ivy Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar for two people, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV and dining seating for four people. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with decking and furniture, and roadside parking between 6 pm-8 am, with further parking available approximately 150 yards down the street. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Travel cot available. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles, lake in 1.1 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Your journey to Yorkshire is guaranteed to be one to remember with a stay at Ivy Cottage. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 100 GBP. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
