"St Wilfrids Loft consists of a kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, air fryer, microwave, and kettle, a utility with washing machine, a dining room with dining seating for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV, DVD player, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and another second-floor double with en-suite. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. Highchair and travel cot available, but please bring own bedding for cot. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. Small communal grass area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.2 miles. Enjoy a splendid retreat at St Wilfrids Loft. Note: The stairs spiral and are open tread so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility, please take care. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
