"Figgy Cottage, an annex consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with electric oven, gas hob, fridge (with ice box). For entertainment there is a Smart TV and a selection of books. The bedroom is a double. There is a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking. One small well-behaved pet accepted, please contact owner to discuss pet arrangements. Please note: This property does not accept changeovers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during term time. Return year after year to Figgy Cottage. Please note: The shower room has a compact layout, and access to the toilet
requires the door to be mostly closed, this space may not be ideal for guests who require extra room or assistance when using the bathroom. Please note: The upstairs bedroom has full ceiling height in the center, with gentle slopes at the sides that add character to the room. Just take a little care near the edges to avoid any bumps. Please note: Soft furnishings and decorative touches may vary slightly from those shown in the photos, but the overall style and comfort remain the same. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
