Modern and bright holiday apartment just 300 meters from the fine sandy beach, located in a residential complex in the small town of Cologna Spiaggia, in the municipality of Roseto degli Abruzzi (Teramo). We are located on the edge of the natural reserve of Borsacchio, where you can take walks surrounded by nature with wonderful panoramic sea view. The residential complex was built in 2012, it is totally fenced with a remote controlled entrance, it features large common spaces, green areas and private parking lots. The village offers several bathing establishments, bars, pizzerias, taverns, restaurants. From Cologna Spiaggia it is easy to reach several places of tourist-natural interest in the Abruzzo region.
