"The living areas in this converted horsebox consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, a dining area for two and a sitting area. There is one mezzanine double bedroom above the driver's cab serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a private sitting area with furniture with access to the shared grounds and outdoor swimming pool. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and 1.2 miles a pub. Highchair and travel cot available. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Herefordshire at Horsebox 1. Note: There is a lake and a pool at this property, please supervise children at all times. Note: There are steps up to the horsebox and up to the mezzanine bedroom. Note: The outdoor swimming pool is 10m x 5m and depth is 0.8m to 1.3m and is available from 7:30am to 8pm, is shared with other properties and is subject to seasonal availability."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
