"The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with TV. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, you will find a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Adventure awaits at Keswick Bridge Skiddaw 26. Note: Keswick Bridge operate a fair usage policy for electricity to encourage guests to be eco-friendly. The electricity you use during your stay is not included in the rental price but is charged on departure based on consumption during your stay - the typical cost is between £40-£60 per week depending on the time of year. In consideration of other guests and due to the extensive use of timber in the construction of the properties, barbecues are not permitted at Keswick Bridge."
