The apartment is located directly on the 7km long Prorer Wiek beach, with its crystalline waters and chalk cliff backdrop.This beautiful penthouse apartment boasts a stylish and sophisticated décor and is equipped with high-quality furniture. It has been furnished with utmost attention to detail, with a particular focus on allergy friendly materials and a healthy indoor climate. You will benefit from a well-equipped kitchen which opens onto the bright and modern living area, complete with a high-quality sofa bed. Its location on the fifth floor ensures that you will benefit from some of the best views of the pine forest and the turquoise waters of the Baltic Sea found in the region. Enjoy the vistas from the comfort of your bedroom and living room thanks to the large panoramic windows which flood the apartment with natural light or head to the private roof terrace and marvel at the panoramic views of the island and the glistening sea. Situated in front of the apartments is a garden area with outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue area and a fantastic array of flora and fauna. The garden is exclusively reserved for guests staying in the Prora Solitaire complex and is flanked by a small pine forest which affords the gardens with plenty of privacy. You will benefit from access to the wellness area, complete with a large indoor swimming pool, various saunas and relaxation areas and a fitness area. A range of massages and spa treatments can be booked at reception (payable locally), for guests wishing to indulge in a spot of pampering. Cots and high chairs can be rented at the reception and washing machines and dryers can be rented locally. The infrastructure for holidaymakers in Prora is still under development and there may be construction works taking place in the surrounding area.
