There is one shower room. Outside, a balcony boasts stunning estuary views, towards South Pool Creek. ÔÇÿThe SalcombeÔÇÖ residents have exclusive use of a private outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), communal gardens and an allocated parking space per flat, and a mooring which is suitable for boats no more than 15ft."
