"The living space includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and dining seating for two whilst the lounge has a woodburner. There is a double bedroom serviced by a bathroom. Smart TV with streaming apps available. Outside there is off-road parking opposite and a gravelled garden with furniture and hot tub. Within 3.7 miles there is a shop and pub and please note that one pet is welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Pixie Nook with your other half. Note: Narrow and steep stairs, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This is an adult-only home. Note: The changeover day at this property is limited to Friday. Note: Some low doorways in the property, please mind your head. Please note the hot tub will be unavailable to use until further notice"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
