Great location to stay if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 2 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S, with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. there is a lot of restoring going on. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. The Space: For your usage we will pride: Hand soap Shampoo Conditioner Two rolls of toilet paper Body wash Kitchen: Cups Plates Bowls Utensils Coffee maker /coffee/ sugar, creamer Microwave Three bottle water (in fridge) Pans (no pots) Oil Salt/pepper Detergent If any of the condiments or supplies run out during your stay, there is an HEB grocery store less than 2 miles away. 1 bed 4 pillows Living area: Small couch TV - you will use your own log in info for apps. Desk Desk lamp Clock Check out is 11:00 and sharp. Cleaning staff will show up at exactly 11am to have home ready for the next guest. Please do not stay later unless otherwise discussed late check out options. VERY IMPORTANT Please note: Parking in the driveway is first come first serve. If there is a vehicle from the another Guest already parked there, you may park in front of the main house (street) that we will leave open for you. Guest Access: Common area out in the backyard “patio” BBQ pit Interaction with Guests: We will respond quickly to your requests and communication. Self check in The Neighborhood: We are very close to the river walk, a very short Uber/lyft drive. Approximately 2.5 miles from the riverwalk and main ateactions This is an upcoming neighborhood so it is not the prettiest it is still in transition and changing. It is in a great location as far as central is concerned 2 miles or so from main attractions. Getting Around: Vehicle, Uber, lyft Other Things to Note: San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S, with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. This area is being restored up and coming. If you are looking into staying a more modern area, this would not be what your are looking for. One last thing to note, the neighbors next door own dogs that bark in case you are sensitive to noise.
