Very cozy newly renovated 2BR w/ 2 FULL BATH house located less than 7 minutes from downtown. House sleeps 8 people rare find. Great location to stay if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk, It is within 3 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. You are... 15 mins from the Airport 7 mins from Downtown and the Riverwalk 5 mins to the Alamodome and only 3 mins from the AT&T Center. Lots of parking on property with privacy MUST SEE! The Space: For your usage we will pride: Hand soap Shampoo Conditioner Two rolls of toilet paper Body wash Kitchen: Cups Plates Bowls Utensils Coffee maker /coffee/ sugar, creamer Microwave Three bottle water (in fridge) Pans (no pots) Oil Salt/pepper Detergent If any of the condiments or supplies run out during your stay, there is an HEB grocery store less than 2 miles away. 1 bed 4 pillows Living area: Small couches TV - you will use your own log in info for apps. Desk Desk lamp Clock Check out is 11:00 and sharp. Cleaning staff will show up at exactly 11am to have home ready for the next guest. Please do not stay later unless otherwise discussed late check out options. VERY IMPORTANT Please note: Parking in the driveway is first come first serve. If another guest is already parked in the driveway, you may park In front if the main house (street). The driveway may be narrow for big trucks. Self check in The Neighborhood: Quiet Street Getting Around: Driveway off the street parking It is not walking distance to any stores or attractions. Uber or vehicle is best advised. Other Things to Note: San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S, with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed.
