Cozy 2BR/1BA house only minutes away from downtown. Less than 2-miles away from River walk and Pearl you can get ANYWHERE in town with a short Uber drive. Please note a lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. This is a Great location for the price. The Space: For your usage we will pride: Hand soap Shampoo Conditioner Two rolls of toilet paper Body wash Kitchen: Cups Plates Bowls Utensils Coffee maker /coffee/ sugar, creamer Microwave Three bottle water (in fridge) Pans (no pots) Oil Salt/pepper Detergent If any of the condiments or supplies run out during your stay, there is an HEB grocery store less than 2 miles away. 4 beds 8 pillows Living area: 1 Sofa Bed TV - you will use your own log in info for apps. Desk Desk lamp Clock Check out is 11:00 and sharp. Cleaning staff will show up at exactly 11am to have home ready for the next guest. Please do not stay later unless otherwise discussed late check out options. VERY IMPORTANT Please note: House has parking in Front of the house and will fit 2 vehicles please do not use carport behind property as it belongs to another unit. Interaction with Guests: We will respond quickly to your requests and communication. Self check in The Neighborhood: San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S, with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown just like any city, are not fully developed. This area is safe, up and coming. If you are looking into staying a more modern area, this would not be what your are looking for. Getting Around: Street parking in front of the house. It is not walking distance to any stores or attractions. Uber or vehicle is best advised. House Rules: • Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM
