Can Vinyes is a beautiful newly built house, located between Santa Gertrudis and San Mateo, offering peace and quiet, while being close to major leisure sites (15 minutes drive from Ibiza Town) and Ibiza beaches like Cala Salada or Cala Gracio (10 minutes drive). Distribution on one level: Dining room with table for 6-8 guests, satellite TV, fireplace, large windows leading to the terrace in front of the house and pool. It has air conditioning.
