Beautiful home located in the Historic Lavaca - one of the oldest and closest neighborhoods to downtown San Antonio, within walking distance to everything Southtown has to offer: Arts District, the Riverwalk, Convention Center, Hemisfair Park, the Alamo dome, Blue Star Brewing Company, the Arneson amphitheater and plenty of yummy restaurants and cafe's. Amazing location with easy access to downtown San Antonio tourist attractions! Interaction with Guests: You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond. Getting Around: Uber / Lyft/ Bike Rental House Rules: > Quiet hours from 10:00 pm -7:00 am > Check out fee will apply for any late check outs > $100 fee will be charged if smoking inside the house > Guests are responsible for cleaning the Grill after their BBQ sessions to avoid paying additional cleaning fees.
