The Space: The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other one with three twin beds. It is located on a second floor and guests need to use the stairs to access the apartment. There is only one bathroom. Interaction with Guests: You won't see me or my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. Getting Around: Uber/ Lyft If you like to walk, the Pearl is only 15 minutes away walking or 2 minutes by car. Parking on our premises can be done in front of the street or at the back of the building. Other Things to Note: > The apartment is on a second floor and to access the apartment guests need to use stairs. > Guests are responsible in cleaning the grill after BBQ sessions to avoid paying additional cleaning fees. House Rules: > Quiet hours from 10:00 pm -7:00 am > $100 fee will be charged if you are smoking inside the house > $85 will be charged for late checkouts > Check-in is anytime after 4PM
