Interaction with Guests: You won't see me or my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. House Rules: > Quiet hours from 10:00 pm -7:00 am > $100 fee will be charged if you are smoking inside the house > $85 will be charged for late checkouts > Check-in is anytime after 4PM > Guests are responsible in cleaning the grill after BBQ sessions to avoid paying additional cleaning fees.
