This home is within a few minutes of downtown and all its family attractions, night-life, restaurants, parks and historic sites. Central location for other attractions throughout San Antonio. The house has plenty of free parking including 2 covered spots and room for 6-8 vehicles on the street at our huge corner lot. The Alamodome is a 4 minute car ride and 25 minute walk Guest Access: The entire home is yours. Easy access with keyless entry. Includes free parking. Interaction with Guests: You won't see me or my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. Other Things to Note: > Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and so we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled. House Rules: > $100 fee will be charged if you are smoking inside the house > Check-in is anytime after 4PM > Quiet hours from 10:00 pm -7:00 am > $49 will be charged for late checkouts
