DOWNTOWN-Located down the street; take a left on Broadway. JAPANESE TEA GARDEN & SUNKEN GARDEN THEATER Interaction with Guests: You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond. Getting Around: You are a quick, cheap drive or Uber ride away from just about anywhere in the Downtown/North Central area of San Antonio. You are also within walking distance of restaurants and attractions in the area, so you'll have options on how to get around! Prefer to drive? U.S. 281 is extremely easy to access from here! The house is also a block from a very popular street called Broadway. You can ride Broadway to locations such as the Pearl Brewery, Brackenridge Park and the DoSeum in just minutes! Other Things to Note: Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled. House Rules: > Quiet hours from 10:00 pm -7:00 am > $100 fee will be charged if you are smoking inside the house > $89 penalty fee will apply for any late check outs > Check-in is anytime after 4PM
