Welcome to The Xennial near downtown San Antonio. Perfect for the traveling professional or a group of up to four guests. The apartment has high speed Wifi and the kitchen island doubles as a workstation. Includes one bedroom, one bathroom w/ walk in shower, and a fold out couch. Interaction with Guests: You won't see me nor my helpers during your stay which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. Getting Around: Uber/Lyft Other Things to Note: Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled. > Please be advised that only 1 car per unit is allowed to park at the rear parking area of the property. Street side parking is available for the other vehicles. House Rules: > Quiet hours from 10:00 pm -7:00 am > $100 fee will be charged if you are smoking inside the house > $49 penalty fee will apply for any late check outs > Check-in is anytime after 4PM
