Outside there is a huge swimming pool with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains. Around the house you will find the manicured gardens and ample space to play, stroll and sunbathe. The huge plot of land allows for a private walk of more than 2 kilometers. Also, outside you will find a barbecue, completing everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. This farm is designed to enjoy a quiet and rural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with the maximum comfort to relax with family or friends. All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the necessary fans. There is also no heating. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance.
