The villa is a beautiful villa that really shows modern architecture which has been specially built to enjoy the sunny climate of Menorca. A large wooden sliding shutter opens back to open the villa to the elements, offering divine views of the local neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Here you will find a traditional brick barbecue and dining table and chairs, which means you can enjoy beautiful views whilst dining al fresco. Cleverly designed with many windows and glass walls, it has the outdoor living environment throughout the villa. The open-plan areas have large comfortable sofas, dining room furniture, and a pretty wooden kitchen. All three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, have been perfectly positioned with sliding doors which open directly onto the azure pool at the rear of the villa. The villa is located in the quiet village of Biniancolla, with some local restaurants and picturesque cove. If you want to travel a little further, Punta Prima is nearby and offers a large supermarket, beach as well as many restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely, the water is crystal clear and excellent for snorkeling, and the fish restaurants by the sea are divine. Alternatively, the beautiful fishing village built specifically for Binibeca is nearby with a local mini train running between the two tourist centers. The villa is perfectly situated to enjoy a perfect quiet location but within walking distance to Punta Prima and Binibeca.
