Cozy finca in the north of Mallorca. Capacity for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms. One is on the ground floor and the others on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining table that connects to the living room which has comfortable furniture and satellite TV. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. The house is air-conditioned and for the winter months there is a pellet cooker. Wonderful and charming outside area. Fenced swimming pool of 3x5 meters, play area with swings, ping pong table and toys at your disposal, comfortable outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun beds. IMPORTANT: \- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. \- Electricity and air conditioning: 25 kW included, then 0,27 €/kW according to consumption. \- Pellet bag 5,00 €. \- A refundable deposit is charged. \- Parties are not allowed. \- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
