Fantastic Mallorcan house with beautiful garden and pool. The property is located in a quiet area of Santa Margalida, in a relaxed atmosphere, but very close to everything you need and only a few minutes drive from the best beaches of Mallorca. It can accommodate up to 4 people, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the living room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Beautiful outdoor area with a large terrace and garden, swimming pool and barbecue, where you can enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends. IMPORTANT: \- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. \- Electricity included. \- A refundable deposit is charged. \- Parties are not allowed. \- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
