"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric range cooker, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for 12 guests, and a first-floor sitting room with dining seating for nine people, a TV with Freeview and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, a second-floor twin with two pullout beds, a family room with king-size and a single, and a second-floor family room with double and single, along with a bathroom, a shower room and a second-floor shower room. Outside there is a small enclosed rear yard with BBQ, lockable bike storage and 2 free scratch card parking permits for outside property and in surrounding streets. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
