"Whispering Willows, a single-storey lodge consists of open-plan living space including a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, a dining area, and a sitting area with an electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite bath, and twin, plus a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed wraparound decking area with furniture and ample off-road parking. Pet-friendly. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the price. Whispering Willows makes an excellent base for a seaside getaway to North Yorkshire. Note: There are steps up to property. Note: Site facilities are not available between beginning of December to end of February, however other features are available. With effect from 18.10.19 - this property has a -ú200 Good House Keeping Bond that will be pre-authorised from your payment card. Note: Shop and pub are on-site."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
