"Hare Pod is a single-storey property featuring one king-size bedroom. The external facilities include a shared kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, and kettle, a shared shower room with a walk-in shower, and a shared cloakroom with a basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with decking, lawn, a picnic bench, and a barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Fuel, power, and bed linen inc. in rent. Within 4.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub, while the river is just 0.8 miles away. Escape with your loved one to Hare Pod. Note: Towels are not provided. Note: Children welcome over the age of 14, if arranged prior to booking. Note: Due to this property being in a dark skies area, the lighting is low and a torch to move around the site at night is advised. Note: Items left at own risk in the shared fridge/freezer. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
