"Situated in the heart of the old part of Seahouses is where you will find the beautiful Juniper Cottage. Originally a smokehouse, Juniper Cottage has undergone a complete transformation to now offer stylish, modern accommodation throughout with glimpses of the sea from the superb floor to ceiling windows/doors in the lounge. Located only a few hundred yards from the beautiful harbour aswell as being opposite Swallows Smokery, Juniper Cottage is also within walking distance of the pubs, restaurants, shops and the famous fish and chips shops. The layout of the property gives a choice of two ground floor bedrooms and family bathroom with the master bedroom and other facilities on the first floor. The ground floor utility/garage double doors open up to give an alternative style of Al fresco dining for you to enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of South Street. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
