"Craster House, a house over three floors, consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating for eight people, Smart TV, and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, double with en-suite bathroom, and two second-floor twins, all with TVs, serviced by a cloakroom and second-floor bathroom. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside, there is a courtyard and private parking for one car, and EV charging is available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
