Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, and private parking for 1 car and off-road parking for 2 cars. Electric Vehicle Charging Point (fees apply). Storage for bikes, golf clubs etc. One well-behaved dog welcome. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, and a beach within 1.4 miles.
