"Cliff View consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with dining seating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dulce Gusto coffee machine (Initial supply of coffee pods provided) and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin which are serviced by a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC plus there is a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside there is a private balcony with seating and allocated parking space for one car in private car park. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Enjoy a pleasant stay at Cliff View. Note: There are a number of stairs giving access to the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
