"This eco-friendly lodge has an open-plan living area. The space has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area for four, and a sitting area with TV. There are two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, both with a TV and en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a front decking with furniture, a rear patio with hot tub, and off-road parking in the on-site car park. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property is adults only. Chianti is a superb base for your next holiday in the Isle of Wight."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
