They are rented as one unit consisting of five self-contained apartments with exclusive use of the private swimming pool, grill house, tennis court, fitness equipment, and parking area. The clay tennis court is there for your enjoyment from 9 am to 11 pm. The villa is located on the Dalmatia coast, 1.5km from Trogir, a city of culture and history. There is an abundance of entertainment and cultural activities here, including the Trogir summer theatre, museums, cinemas, discos, restaurants, cafes, bars, and cocktail lounges. The local restaurant is 250m away, and Just 500m away sports include; beach volley, basketball, windsurfing, diving, water skiing, parasailing, snorkelling, and jet-skis. The nearest golf course is located 35km from the villa in Stobrec near Split. Split Airport 8km, Split Ferry port 30km Car hire is recommended; however, not necessary while in the local area. Extra services can be arranged with advance notice: car hire, boat hire, island excursions, vineyard trips, excursions to the nearby islands, trips to Croatian National Parks (Krka, Plitvicka jezera), Krka National Park, Kornati National Park, Plitvice Lake, Omis, Medugorje, Split, Hvar, Brac, Sibenik, Dubrovnik and lots more! OCTOBER (24th-31st)" Olive picking in the garden of the villa. Each year, olives are collected for 2-3 days, 5-6 hours per day. Each family receives 1L of olive for free.
