The upper two levels are accessible via elevator, offering convenience to people with walking problems. The living area is a sanctuary of peace and comfort with its natural lighting coming through French windows. A fully equipped kitchen and a marvellous terrace area are at the guest's disposal. Each bedroom is designed and decorated with a lot of style and attention to detail. The bedrooms are split over two levels. Outdoors, guests can enjoy observing the glorious Adriatic Sea along with the nearby island from the infinity pool. The dining area is perfect for entertaining and gatherings. The villa has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, accommodating up to ten people. Pool heating is available upon request. The lower ground floor features the sauna. The ground floor features an open-plan living & dining area with pool terrace access, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a regular bathroom. The first floor, accessible via elevator, features four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.
