This beautiful and modernly decorated house is located in Seget Vranjic, near the UNESCO city of Trogir. The house consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, on the first floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, while in the attic (minimum ceiling height 100 cm) there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a gym. The floors are interconnected by internal communication. The terrace offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the sea. For relaxation, the garden has a swimming pool, sunbathing area and a summer kitchen.
