Details of the Villa

The house has two floors and 180 m2 and is located on a plot of 219 m2. The house features three bedrooms, one with a double bed on the ground floor and two rooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) on the first floor. All bedrooms have views to the village Selva and the master bedroom on the first floor comes with air conditioning. We are pleased to supply fans on request for the 2 bedrooms without air conditioning. If necessary, we can prepare one extra bed for a 7th guest. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower and one more on the first floor with bath tub. The living room on the first floor comes with air conditioning and has lovely views. Here you can enjoy stunning views over the countryside and on clear days you can even see the sea! In the sitting room with air conditioning located on the ground floor you can surf on the internet, watch your favourite movies, listen to music, watch satellite-TV or just relax. There are WIFI, DVD player, home cinema and a few toys. In the adjoining dining area you can have lunch or dinner with your family. The kitchen is well equipped: oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and dinnerware. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Our guests love the well-kept garden! It is fenced and the neighbours can’t look inside the plot. The private salt water pool has 2.75 x 5.75 meters and is surrounded by artificial lawn. There are 2 sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor shower. The furnished porch invites you to have dinner outside with friends and enjoy the Majorcan climate. The house is located in Selva, a genuine village in the centre of the island, near the mountains. There is a small supermarket, a few nice restaurants and bars and a pharmacy. In the city of Inca there are more shops, a public hospital, traditional Majorcan restaurants and nightlife. On Thursdays takes place the local market where you can buy fresh food, clothes and much more. The surroundings of the house are really beautiful and perfect for doing sports like hiking, cycling or jogging. In spring or autumn you can visit the springs “Ses Fonts Ufanes” near Campanet. It is recommendable to go there after rain, to be sure that there’s water. Don’t miss the authentic villages Caimari, Orient, Alaró and Mancor de la Vall where you can enjoy a different and quiet Majorca. If you want to know the Majorcan beaches, you should visit Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Playa de Formentor, Cala St. Vicenç or Puerto Pollença. It will take you about 20 – 30 minutes by car to get there. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please keep in mind that the third person of the triple bedroom has a charge. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars.
