Georgeous villa in the countryside in Biniamar near Selva, Mallorca, a very quiet town that is also close to the highway. It is very private with easy access to the entire island. This beautiful country house has recently been transformed into a spacious and comfortable villa, distributed over two floors, on the ground floor we have the living room and two double bedrooms with 2 single beds of 90x200m, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, with a bathtub. and the second with windows to a small terrace and a full bathroom with a shower next to it. The private pool is at the front of the house. On the same floor we find the kitchen, very well equipped with all the necessary appliances and elements, without missing anything. Next to the kitchen we have the utility room with washing machine and dryer and a door that leads to the patio at the back of the house where the barbecue area is located. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a 150 x 200m bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the local fields. On the same floor we also find a living room with very comfortable sofas to enjoy reading, chatting, a good coffee in good company or simply relax and enjoy the great view from inside the property. The entire villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating is by heat pump. Electricity consumption is not included in the price and costs €0.45 per KW/h. Payment is made at the end of the stay after checking the meter.
