The Paradise Town development is by far the best in the area with 24hr gated security and superb facilities such as a large communal pool and a tennis court. Very convenient for whatever people want to do.The site is fully managed with regular gardening,bin emptying etc. Other site suffer because they are not completed and not managed. The ground floor has a large Lounge / Dining area with a fully fitted Kitchen off. There is access to both the pool deck and the verandah' which is ideal for alfresco dining with tables and chairs for 4-6 and sunbeds for around the pool. Both of these areas are secluded for privacy, The furniture throughout the ground floor is stylish and of a very high quality. The sweeping staircase leads to the first floor. On this floor are 3 large bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a double and an en suite shower room plus wardrobes and drawers. Bedroom 2 have a double, bedroom 3 have sofa bed and wardrobes and drawers. All of which have a/c and security shutters There is a large family Bathroom on this floor with a jacuzzi bath/shower. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay for the KWh you used. With both Belek and Kadriye within 5 min by car it is ideally situated for the many restaurants and bars offering superb cuisine at Lira prices, around £12 per head. Local supermarket at site entrance. The beaches are with a 10 min drive or a short cheap taxi ride and they again offer good food and drink. Plenty of water sports for the active. The general area offers plenty of unique historical ruins mostly from the Roman era most no more than 30 min by car.
