The villa is located only 15 minutes’ drive away from the Old Town of Tossa de Mar, 10-minutes from the lively streets of Lloret de Mar and the sandy shores of Cala Canyelles Beach are close at hand. You can even reach the stunning city of Barcelona in a little over an hour, taking a day to explore the unique architecture and rich culture of the city! Cala Canyelles is characteristic of the Costa Brava coastline. The beach offers a picturesque stretch of coarse white sand with clear sea water where you can swim safely. There are umbrellas and deck chairs to rent as well as the opportunity to hire pedal boats, parasailing, water-skiing and canoeing – adding a little adventure into your day at the seaside! Popular with younger crowds in the evening, the atmosphere is not to missed, with the sound of Spanish guitar echoing through the streets and the bustle of crowds in the squares. Frequented for its large water park, Lloret de Mar is busy by day and night alike, with its blue-flag beaches busy in throughout the summer. Tossa de Mar offers a slightly quieter atmosphere than its lively neighbour. Located 7km from the villa, we would highly recommend an afternoon exploring the Medieval town walls and ambling around the narrow-cobbled streets!
