Details of the Villa

The exteriors of this spectacular country house are astonishing. A beautiful stone construction is surrounded by pure green in all its corners. These invite you to stroll after having a nice breakfast, under the porch or any of the terraces, or before sunbathing on the 10 sun loungers and taking a bath in the private salt pool of 10.5 x 4 m and 1 to 2.1 m of deep. There is an outdoor shower, a room with billiards and a barbecue for cooking on the grill. It is a two-storey and, upon entering to it, there is a fantastic living room equipped with a TV-Sat that leads you, on the one hand, through a unified kitchen-living-dining room and, on the other hand, after some stairs, to the upper floor, where there are the dormitories. The kitchen-living-dining room features a ceramic cooktop and everything necessary to cook, a dining table with pool views and a sitting area where you can chat or listen to music. The staircase of this stay leads you to a third floor with terrace, to which you can access from the outside. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs to the dormitories floor, you will find one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, another two with a single bed in each one and the fourth one has two twin beds. All of them have wardrobe. For two more guests, there is a bedroom downstairs with a sofa-bed and, for a baby, there is a cot and a high-chair. There is also oil central heating. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property is located at only 1.4 km from Ses Salines village and at only 6.3 km from the beach, the beautiful beach of Colonia de Sant Jordi. After some more kilometers, you arrive to the paradisiacal and protected beach known as Es Trenc, ideal to spend such a great day and even eat or drink something in its beach bar. All this zone provides our guests with all the necessary facilities such as grocery stores, restaurants and so on. Furthermore, the house is located within a cycle route of the island, ideal for those cycling lovers. Pets are not allowed. The chimneys cannot be used. The holding of events is forbidden.
