"The Caradoc consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request) and a twin (zip/link can be super-king-size on request), serviced by a shower room and ground-floor shower room. Enclosed shared patio with furniture, non-enclosed patio by river, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking/vaping. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Enjoy the beauty of Shropshire with a stay at The Caradoc. EV charging available on arrangement prior to visit. Owner has livery, horses welcome on arrangement prior to booking. Patio shared with neighbouring cottage. Patio by stream is not enclosed, please supervise children. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
